Remember the Bigej trip? (Pronounced “BeeGee trip”).
We stopped at Ebeye to pick up some Marshallese kids.
The “Tarlang” was our ride up to Bigej.
This visit was in 1984. Bigej was unpopulated at that time and probably still is.
The Bigej trip was an annual picnic for anyone interested.
The picture to the right is the rusted remains of fuel tanks from WW2.
